Questions about pricing
How the Okeanun Manager subscription works.
Are there limits on divers, bookings or staff?
No. The plan includes every feature with no limit on divers, bookings or team members.
How is the subscription paid?
Monthly, by card through Stripe. From the billing section in Manager you can see your invoices and change your payment method.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from the billing portal. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if a payment fails?
Team access is paused until the payment is settled. The owner can still reach billing and support to reactivate it.
What if I have several dive centers?
Each center has its own subscription, and you switch between them with the same account.
How do I charge my divers?
Connect your Stripe account from Manager and your divers' payments are taken directly into it, in each diver's language.
