What is Okeanun Manager?
It is management software for dive centers and dive schools that brings online booking, payments, diver documents, trip planning, rental gear and reports together in one web dashboard.
How much does the dive center software cost?
Okeanun Manager has a single €50 per month plan with every feature included. For divers, the app is free.
How does a dive center get started?
Create your account with email, Google or Apple and a wizard guides you through it: center details, co-owners, booking page, subscription and connecting your Stripe account. If you need it, the team helps with the initial setup and moving your data.
Can my customers book and pay online?
Yes. Each dive center has a public booking page with its dives, courses, trips and vouchers. Divers book with or without an account and pay with Stripe; the money goes to the center's own Stripe account.
How are diver documents handled?
Manager checks what each activity requires (certification, depth, nitrox, insurance and medical questionnaire) and emails the diver a list of what is missing. The center accesses the data with the diver's consent, in line with the GDPR.
Can I control what each team member sees?
Yes. You create roles with permissions for each area and can add co-owners. You can also manage several dive centers from the same account.
Which languages is it available in?
Manager and the public booking page are available in Spanish, English, French, German, Italian and Portuguese.
